Hydrocolloids
Utilizing red seaweed (Eucheuma cottonii) sourced from key growing regions in Indonesia alongside select marine algae, the facility employs alkaline and physical extraction, closed purification, and precision drying processes to produce refined and semi-refined Carrageenan (Kappa types), sodium alginate, and Agar-agar.
Sodium alginate provides thickening, film-forming, and heat-irreversible gelling properties, while Agar offers high gel strength with distinct gelling and melting temperature profiles. The by-product-Seaweed feed with the capacity of 10.000MT per year, is processed from marine algae to preserve naturally occurring bioactive polysaccharides, minerals, organic iodine, and trace elements. Formulated for aquaculture and livestock feeds to support gut health and nutritional performance.
Furthermore, the plant utilizes corn bio-fermentation and multi-stage precipitation to produce industrial-, food-, and pharma-grade Xanthan gum. Through physical purification and micro-fiberization, the facility processes citrus peel into Citrus fiber and Pectin. Featuring a 1:10–1:15 water-binding capacity and strong emulsification capabilities, citrus fiber serves as a phosphate replacement in processed meats to reduce purge loss during freeze-thaw cycles and support clean-label formulations. All production lines operate under FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER and FAMI-QS certifications.
