Emulsifiers
Our partner manufacturing facility operates an integrated processing system combining bio-fermented polysaccharides with molecularly distilled and synthetic emulsifiers. Designed with modern industrial zoning, the site integrates automated lean production lines, fermentation engineering units, and cleanroom facilities.
Operating under strict GMP cleanroom standards, the infrastructure supports a multi-tier supply chain spanning industrial, food, and feed grades. Quality management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC (Grade A), and FSSC 22000. All products comply with HALAL, KOSHER, FCC, USP, and EU regulatory standards.
Annual Production Capacities (Estimated Baseline)
Total Base Capacity : ~50,000 MT/year across full emulsifier and functional additive lines
Distilled Mono- and Diglycerides (GMS / DMG) : 25,000 MT/year
Specialty Food Emulsifiers (DATEM / PGPR / SSL) : 15,000 MT/year
Food-Grade Emulsifiers
Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids (GMS / DMG / E471) : Refined via molecular distillation to achieve high purity and low impurity profiles. Acts as a primary emulsifier that complexes with starch to retard staling in bakery products and provides fat stabilization and aeration in margarine and non-dairy creamers.
Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides (DATEM / E472e) : Dough conditioner designed for gluten network strengthening. Increases gas retention and mechanical tolerance during mixing, improving oven spring and crumb softness.
